Agreement to Terms

Our Services

MyBox Studio provides web development, design, and related digital services. The specific scope of work for any project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as needed for your project
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Provide necessary access, content, and materials as agreed
• Pay invoices according to the agreed payment schedule
• Ensure you have the rights to any content or materials you provide
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or platform to:

• Upload any malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

Client Content

You retain ownership of any content, materials, or assets you provide to us. By providing these materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your project.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and designs created specifically for your project. This does not include any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries we use, which remain our property or the property of their respective owners.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to display work completed for you in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal or agreement. Generally:

• A deposit is required before work begins
• Progress payments may be due at defined milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise specified

Late payments may incur interest and may result in work being paused until the account is brought current.

Project Changes

We understand that requirements can evolve. Changes to the agreed scope will be discussed and may result in adjustments to timeline and cost. Significant changes will require written agreement before implementation.

Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We will fix any defects in our work identified within 30 days of delivery at no additional cost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Confidentiality

We will treat all information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver your project or as required by law. This obligation survives the end of our business relationship.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will pay for all work completed up to that point, and we will deliver any completed work and your materials.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
