Welcome to MyBox Studio

We're excited to work with you! This guide will help you understand how we collaborate and what to expect throughout our partnership.

Your Client Dashboard

Once your project kicks off, you'll receive access to your personal client dashboard. Here you can:

  • Track project progress and milestones
  • Upload and download files
  • View and pay invoices
  • Leave comments and feedback
  • See real-time project status
  • Communication

    We believe in open, transparent communication. Here's how we'll stay in touch:

    Weekly Updates: Every week, you'll receive a written summary of progress, challenges, and next steps.

    Slack Channel: For quick questions and async communication, we'll set up a shared Slack channel.

    Video Calls: We'll have bi-weekly video calls for deeper discussions and demos.

    What We Need From You

    To keep things moving smoothly, we ask that you:

  • Respond to questions within 1-2 business days when possible
  • Provide feedback on demos within agreed timeframes
  • Let us know early if priorities or requirements change
