Admin Management Tools

Documentation for admin panel features and inquiry management.

Dashboard Overview

The admin dashboard provides a high-level overview of your studio's operations, including active projects, recent inquiries, and pending tasks.

Sidebar Counts

The sidebar now features real-time counts for various sections to help you stay on top of new activity:

  • **Inquiries**: Shows the number of unread or new contact form submissions.
  • **Projects**: Displays the count of active projects currently in development.
  • **Support**: Indicates unread support messages from clients or the team.
  • **Billing**: Shows the count of open invoices (for clients).
  • **Notifications**: Displays unread system notifications.
  • These counts refresh automatically every 30 seconds to ensure you never miss an update.

    Inquiry Management

    In the 'Inquiries' tab, you can manage incoming potential projects and contact requests:

    Removing Inquiries

    You can remove spam or irrelevant inquiries using the 'Remove' button. This will permanently delete the inquiry from the database.

    Blocking Senders

    If you receive repeated spam or unwanted contact, you can use the 'Block Sender' feature. This provides three options:

    1. **Block Email**: Prevents any future submissions from that specific email address.

    2. **Block IP**: Prevents any submissions from the sender's current IP address.

    3. **Block Both**: Maximum protection by blocking both the email and the IP address.

    Blocked senders will receive a standard success message to prevent them from knowing they've been blocked, but their data will not be saved or notified.
